About the meditation
Finding your voice is about so much more than speaking.
It's about feeling safe enough to express who you truly are.
Perhaps you've noticed yourself holding back your words.
Perhaps you overthink what you want to say.
Perhaps your throat tightens when you speak, sing, or try to express yourself.
Or maybe you simply have a quiet feeling that there is more of you waiting to be seen.
More of your creativity.
More of your ideas.
More of your gifts.
More of who you truly are.
If any of this resonates with you, this meditation was created for you.
This 1-hour SOMA Breath® journey combines conscious breathing, guided meditation and immersive music to gently help you soften physical tension, release fear and self-doubt, reconnect with your authentic voice, and express yourself with greater confidence, freedom and ease.
Rather than forcing change, this journey creates the inner conditions for your nervous system to soften, allowing your body to begin releasing patterns that may have taught you to stay quiet, question yourself, or make yourself smaller than you really are.
This meditation may support you if you:
struggle to speak up with confidence
have learned to keep your feelings inside rather than expressing them
overthink conversations or fear judgment
tend to people-please or make yourself smaller around others
feel tension or tightness in your throat
sense that you are not fully expressing your gifts or potential
The journey includes:
✓ 3 rounds of SOMA Breath®
✓ Guided throat awareness
✓ Inner Child meditation
✓ Humming & throat activation
✓ Future Self visualization
✓ Cinematic healing music
This is more than a meditation.
It is a journey back to your voice, your truth and the parts of yourself that were never meant to stay hidden.
Instructions:
Lie down or sit up in a safe and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.
During the breathwork part you will be guided to hold your breath on empty lungs. You can extend the duration of this breath retention by taking a small sip of air and exhaling fully again if you cannot hold your breath for long enough. When you feel the urge to breathe, gently explore staying with the breath hold for just a little longer - without forcing or straining yourself at any point.
Listen through headphones or good speakers to enhance this ultra sensorial experience.
