About the meditation
This 1-hour SOMA Breath® and meditation journey is designed to help you release fear and self-doubt, reconnect with your authentic voice, and express yourself with more confidence, freedom and ease.
If you often feel tightness in your throat, overthink what you want to say, or adapt to others rather than fully express who you are, this practice was created for you. You may also recognize a quiet sense of disconnection from yourself — as though parts of your voice, your gifts, and your potential have been hidden away for a long time.
Through guided breathwork, meditation, powerful inner imagery, and immersive music, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, softening emotional blocks and rebuilding trust in your voice and inner knowing.
As your throat space softens and opens, you may begin to feel more relaxed, more expressive and more connected to your natural confidence, creativity and truth.
This journey is an invitation to stop holding yourself back, to take up space without apology, and to reconnect with the truth that:
Your voice truly matters.
Not because you need to become someone else - but because the real you is already worthy of being heard.
This meditation may support you if you:
struggle to speak up with confidence
have learned to keep your feelings inside rather than expressing them
overthink conversations or fear judgment
tend to people-please or make yourself smaller around others
feel tension or tightness in your throat
sense that you are not fully expressing your gifts or potential
want to speak and express yourself with more confidence, flow and ease
What you’ll experience in this journey:
- Nervous system reset & throat release: Through guided awareness and calming breath, you are gently guided to connect with the emotions, sensations and tension held in your throat space — simply allowing whatever is there to be felt, softened and released.
- Inner child healing meditation: Meet and nurture the parts of yourself that learned to stay quiet, hide or doubt their worth — creating space for more self-trust, confidence and emotional freedom.
- Rhythmic breathing: The guided breathing patterns help regulate the nervous system, awaken your energy and support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. Breathing in rhythm with the music brings you into a deeply meditative flow state that helps quiet the mind and leaves you feeling more clear, alive and deeply connected to yourself.
- Breath retentions & subconscious reprogramming: During the breath holds, you enter deep meditative states where the mind becomes more open and receptive to change. Here, old emotional patterns and limiting beliefs can begin to soften and release - helping you step into a more confident, authentic and empowered version of yourself.
- Humming & throat activation: Gentle humming stimulates the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system and releasing throat and body tension — supporting throat healing and authentic self-expression.
- Immersive healing music: Breathe to beautifully composed cinematic music designed to guide you deeper into emotional release, inner stillness and surrender. The soundscape gently supports your nervous system and enhances the depth of the journey.
- Future self visualization & integration: Towards the end of the journey, you are guided into a powerful visualization where you step into a version of yourself who feels safe to speak, express, shine and fully take up space in the world. Feel it. See it. Become it.
This is more than a meditation.
It is a journey back to your voice, your truth and the parts of yourself that were never meant to stay hidden.
Instructions:
Lie down or sit up in a safe and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.
During the breathwork part you will be guided to hold your breath on empty lungs. You can extend the duration of this breath retention by taking a small sip of air and exhaling fully again if you cannot hold your breath for long enough. When you feel the urge to breathe, gently explore staying with the breath hold for just a little longer - without forcing or straining yourself at any point.
Listen through headphones or good speakers to enhance this ultra sensorial experience.
